Windsor 2026 Day Four

By: Derek, Eric, Vivi, and Rebekah

We started off the day strong by waking up early and doing our devotionals. Even though ALL the guys slept through their alarm (we actually just forgot to set one we were so tired). We left around 8:40am and headed off to UHC to help make food bags for the local food banks in Windsor. We filled over 200+bags which was really nice getting to learn new things. Derek and Eric thought it would be an amazing idea to hide Reid in a bin full of cardboard for an 1 hour. For lunch We ate delicious sandwiches thanks to Thomson bakery.  After finishing at the warehouse, we went to Point Pelee, to look at the most southern point of Canada. There was a tall tower that we all climbed and Reid’s glove flew off the tower after he whipped it. Later The boys thought it would be fun to pick up dead fish and feed them to the seagulls (Chickens as Tymon calls them). We then headed back to the church before heading off to the Spitfires game. It was an amazing game and great news, SPITFIRES WON 5-1!!!!!!!!!! After the game was done Abby has some connections and got a player (number 72) to come and meet us. We got lots of signatures and MATT GOT THE PLAYER TO SIGN HIS COWBOY BOOT. We had an amazing day and can’t wait for another.
