Join our Camp Team!

Join our Summer Volunteer Team! We'll help you find a role that suits your gifts and passions! Whether it's working directly with campers, being a buddy to special needs kids, leading parts of the program, or joining our varied behind the scenes support team, there is a special place for you. You can volunteer by the hour, day, or week. We will gladly accept whatever time you can give!

Whatever way you serve, we have a position you’ll love! Up front, or behind the scenes, we need leaders, helpers, techies, and administrators. There's a place for you on our Summer Teams!

All Student Volunteers must be at least 12 years old by July 1 or have served regularly in Compass Kids with the full recommendation of their adult team leader. There are a specific number of positions available. All qualifying applicants will be interviewed and those who best match the available positions will be invited to join the team.

Join Our Pre-Camp Prep Teams!
There are so many ways you can help right now. Pick a team and help make Compass Camps the best summer ever for our campers!

Crafts & More Crafts. We need craft lovers to test and prep our craft program. 

Science Guys & Girls. We need science lovers to test activities and expand our STEM program.

Games Galore. We need feedback and additions to our Camp Games Handbook.

Organizer Junkies. We need to pack, organize, and sort all program components for easy use and clean up.

Prayer Warriors. We need people to pray – for staff, volunteers, campers, and families.

Set Wizards. We need help building sets and celebrating our themes.

We need money and supplies! Monetary gifts will help sponsor kids to camp, pay for our awesome program, and help us provide Bibles for those who need them. You can give online anytime or through our Giving Tree promotion which runs each year from May-June. Pick a leaf from the Giving Tree for items we need, or dollar amounts to give. 

Calling all intercessors! Download our prayer card and include Camp in your daily talks with God. You can also join our prayer team and be paired up with staff to pray specifically for them and their campers.

We want to fill every week of Camp and need your help to get the word out. Invite your family, friends, and neighbours to sign up for the best week of their summer!
