Windsor 2026 Day Five

Today we woke up at 6:30am sharp. When we went to get hot showers after cold dogging for most of the week, we sat in the hallway doing devotions which was about patience today. After that we went to House of Hope and raked leaves, cleaned out the shed, and fixed some patio stones. In the house we cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, and anything else they needed help with. After that, we ate lunch, then went to the Throne of Grace church to help run a soccer day camp. Then we came back to the church and got bundled up for the Soup Shack, which gives meals for people in need. After dinner we finished the care packages that we were going to give out to people, which were full of hygiene products. Then we went to the Soup Shack and half of us went inside to help serve food and wash dishes, and the other half stayed outside to hand out care packages. While we were there, we heard really cool stories that were both impactful, as well as they made us have compassion for them. When we got back, we did our debrief, had popcorn, we refilled our candy bags (completing the candy bar). THE END.
