Windsor 2026 Day Six

Today the girls got to sleep in while the boys woke up at 7am to have breakfast and hit the showers at a friends house. After that we all met at Ambassador Community Church to collect the food from the porches that we dropped the flyers off at on Sunday. We got a massive haul and took it to the food bank where we did an assembly line from the vans to the door and from the door to the food bank room. After that we went to Feeding Windsor to have lunch which today was a chicken burger with fries or soup. Of course Tymon wanted to be different and got the soup while everyone else got the chicken burger with fries (Tymon here… half the girls also got soup just fyi). We stuffed our bellies and split into two groups; the boys went shopping while the girls came back to the church to grab their stuff for their shower at the end of the day.

We then all met at Ambassador Community Church again for a kids camp and played games with the kids there (mostly soccer, followed by nine square) for about three hours. There were also people inside, doing crafts with the kids. For dinner we went back to Feeding Windsor for their community supper and some of us helped served the meal while the rest of us sat with people and had dinner and good conversations with them. Then the group divided and the girls went to go shower while the boys watched a movie, played manhunt, ate candy, and threw balls. There was also a cat outside. The girls are back now I think we’re doing debrief. Goodbye!
