Originally from the Greater Toronto Area, Lenard has spent many years serving the local church as a musician, worship leader, music director, songwriter, and producer, and is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus through authentic, Christ-centered worship.

Lenard oversees our worship and creative teams across all three of our sites. He has a heart for leading, song writing, and production, and has a passion to see individuals grow and thrive in worship.

Alongside his wife, Kelsey, he loves building community, investing in volunteers, and creating environments where people can grow in their gifts and feel encouraged to serve. Outside of ministry, Lenard enjoys photography, motorcycles, technology, and all things creative.
