Annual General Meeting

Every April we gather together for our Annual General Meeting as part of our by-laws requirement. We will meet again this year at our Orangeville site in the North Venue and invite all to attend. Please note, all those who call Compass Community Church their home are welcome to attend the meeting, however only a member has the right to vote.
If you are unable to attend the meeting and require someone to vote for you by proxy, please download and complete the form linked below. The instructions on how to vote by proxy are attached to the form. Proxy forms must be submitted prior to the meeting or be brought to the AGM by a designated proxyholder. Please contact the Admin Team with any questions.
Questions?
We invite you to submit any questions in advance via email to the Admin Team by Thursday, April 23. The Admin Team will direct your question to a member of our staff team or Elder Board who will respond to you directly. We will do our best to address any questions you may have ahead of the AGM by email or during our meeting on Sunday, April 26. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions in-person at the AGM.
